Takashi and Shuuya has shown to be rather close and friendly as he was the one who informed the former about the arrival of Basara and the others, as well as requesting that he takes care of Basara's and Mio's meal showing the trust Shuuya has in Takashi despite the others who displayed animosity towards him for losing to Basara.
Takashi's Mother[]
Takashi has shown to be rather close to his mother, being the only family that he had and was disheartened about her being killed by Seito who was possessed by the evil spirit inside of Brynhildr.
Toujou Household
Basara Toujou[]
Takashi and Basara are childhood friends with some hint of rivalry between them as children, though the two of them were close to one another as children. This changed after Basara lost control of his Banishing Shift, which has eliminated the corpses of his friends along with Takashi's mother. Accompanied by the loss of his mother, as well as the banishment of Basara, Takashi started to develop a sense of hate for his former childhood friend after being alone.
Mio Naruse[]
Takashi has no direct personal hatred or grudges towards Mio herself. However, due to her being the daughter of the former Demon Lord, Wilbert, he views her as a threat due to his ideal as a hero. After his fight against Basara who protected her, he softens his view toward Mio viewing her not as just the Demon Lord's daughter and even came to her aid during the incident with Shiba.
