Ramusas is the older brother of both Wilbert and Sapphire as well as being the acting leader for the Moderate Faction, which his little brother, the previous Demon Lord formed before his death. It also makes him the uncle of Basara Toujou, Mio, and Maria Naruse.
But later, it was revealed that he is Wilbert in an alias and Mio's father.

Ramusas looks like an elderly man. He has long, red hair and two horns, which is one of the usual demon traits. He wears black armor with shoulder armor, as well as a long red cape with yellow ornaments.

Ramusas is a powerful Demon who comes from the same lineage of Demon Lords as his younger brother and sister, meaning that he could've entered the ancient city, Lada. He was able to defeat the Heroic Spirit that had attacked Wildart using the same gravitational power as his brother with greater control compared to both Mio and Basara.
- Gravity Magic: Ramusas can employ the same magic as his younger brother, the previous Demon Lord, which was able to eliminate the heroic spirit that attacked Wildart and pin down Chaos, the King of Heroic Spirits using a barrier.
