Dragons (龍, Ryū) are one of the species that appear in the series.
Description[]
Differing from the three main species, Dragons are considered special beings who belong to a higher-order separate from that of the Gods and Demons. There are some who exist in another dimension such as Fafnir, as well as his twenty other kin who is considered to be one of the Strongest Evil Dragons, as well as being one of the oldest Dragons.
There are various kinds of Dragons that appear in the Human and even Demon Realm, as shown by Gald who used a Flame Dragon to boost his powers and transforms into a humanoid by merging with it, as well as Kurumi who can summon Water and Wind Dragon with her Spirit Gauntlet, then use them as either a mode of transportation or in combat.
There are also people mentioned in the Human World who has slain Dragons such as the Dragon Killing Saint, Georgius who wielded a spear to kill a Dragon, as well as having a sword that bears his name.
Both Seiryuu and Kouryuu, who are among the Four Gods and Leader of the Four Gods respectively, are also Dragons who wields immense power.
Powers and Abilities[]
Dragons are known as powerful and special beings who wield remarkable powers depending on their species as shown by both the Fire and Water Dragons who wield their own respective elements. Their level of strength could depend on their age and class as Fafnir whose among both the oldest ancient and strongest evil dragons, as well as taking the combined strength of Jin Toujou, Sapphire, and Raphaeline to kill the original one.
Dragon Blood: Dragon Blood has unique characteristics since after drinking the blood of Fafnir, Jin Toujou gained the elimination power known as Banishing Shift - which his son, Basara Toujou, inherited - and even became able to turn into a Dragon himself.
