Ashe (アッシュ, Asshu) was the human wife of the previous Demon Lord, Wilbert and the mother of Mio Naruse, who died shortly after giving birth to her. She lived in the previous royal capital of the demon realm, Wildart, in a tower all alone where she would then give birth Mio and later die.
She was also the aunt (and mother-in-law through Mio) of Basara Toujou, due being married to his uncle, who was the older brother of Sapphire, one of Basara’s mothers, who married an exiled member of the Hero Clan.
